The Cycle of Love Experience

Cycle of Love began in April of 2021 with the simple idea of providing services to individuals looking for ways to reach their goals and dreams faster. Just a year later, Cycle of Love has transformed into a multifaceted coaching service, creating tailored programs for both individual and groups looking to elevate their thinking and success in the sports, education and personal achievement arenas.   

Mental Transformation Coach, Sequoia Austin is a passionate and dedicated mentor, coach, educator, and motivator. Sequoia has been a champion for the impact of mindset on success since 2010 when she was a Division I athlete. While balancing the demands of being a full-time college athlete and earning a bachelor's degree in neurobiology, Sequoia was able to tap into the importance of being in tune with your mental state and being conscious of pattern-oriented thinking. 

Sequoia has spent most of her formal career as an educator in Maryland, Florida, and Colorado. First inspired while getting her Master's in Education, Sequoia completed her thesis on creating positive classroom environments which launched her exploration of how the mindsets of educators influence classroom and school culture. She continued this personal exploration as a Director of Student Culture and Assistant Principal of Student Support at a Denver middle school. In these roles, Sequoia got her deepest understanding of how to support and coach educator and leader mindsets to shift school culture. Sequoia now leverages her experience and expertise in education/school culture as an educational consultant, restorative mindsets coach, and speaker. 

Since her 2012 campus-wide initiative, "Positivity Monday," promoting positive thinking and encouraging people to be aware of how their thoughts affect their day, Sequoia has been working with middle, high school, and adult clients to develop unique action plans to change mindsets and achieve goals. 

Cycle Of Love creates unique programming for individuals and groups to bring intention and purpose to the work they put toward a goal or dream.
